How to Authenticate Documents for Overseas Use

If your business is going to do business abroad, contact the Department of State, Authentications Office to get certificates signed and issued under the Seal of the U.S. Department of State. The Authentications Office receives various documents from U.S. citizens and foreign nationals such as: company bylaws, powers of attorney, trademarks, diplomas, transcripts, distributorship agreements, articles of incorporation, good standing certificates, etc.
